1. Scope of Work

Pro Wash of Montana offers professional exterior cleaning services. Project details appear in estimates via Jobber, and written consent is required for any scope modifications.

2. Access to Property & Water

Clients must provide unobstructed access on scheduled service dates. For pressure washing, clients supply an on-site water source unless the quote specifies alternative arrangements.

3. Pre-Existing Damage & Liability

Pro Wash of Montana disclaims responsibility for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions such as loose siding or degraded materials. The client is responsible for ensuring windows are tightly closed and delicate items are moved away from the work area.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices sent via Jobber are due upon receipt. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and Venmo. A 20% late fee applies to invoices unpaid after 30 days.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Less notice may result in cancellation fees.

6. SMS Communications

Submitting a service request authorizes Pro Wash of Montana to send transactional SMS messages related to your service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes will be resolved in Missoula County courts.
