Terms of Service

Welcome to Pro Wash of Montana. By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Work
Pro Wash of Montana provides professional exterior cleaning services. The specific scope of work for your project will be outlined in the Estimate or Quote provided via Jobber. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Access to Property & Water
Clients agree to provide unobstructed access to the service area on the scheduled date. For pressure washing services, the client agrees to provide access to an on-site water source (hose bib) unless otherwise arranged in the quote.

3. Pre-Existing Damage & Liability
Existing Conditions: Pro Wash of Montana is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as loose siding, cracked windows, or degraded wood/paint that is uncovered during the cleaning process.
Property Care: While we take every precaution to protect your property (including plants and electronics), the client is responsible for ensuring windows are tightly closed and delicate items are moved away from the work area.

4. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice via Jobber unless otherwise specified. We accept Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo. Late payments may be subject to a 20% late fee after 30 days.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. SMS Communications
By submitting a request form, you agree to receive transactional SMS (visit reminders and invoices). You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missoula County, MT.
